The house offers a large living room opened onto various terraces, 5/6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Built and thought out in the purest Bonifacian spirit, the house is a real invitation to sharing and conviviality.
The entrance area with its ancestral “Baraccu”, the large kitchen and dining area made in metal and wood set the tone… Here is located the soul of the house.
Then a relaxing lounge and a cosy Tv place follow, everyone will find his own place.

The night area offers 5 to 6 bedrooms :

• 3 suites with a 2 beds 180 and 1 bed 160, private shower room.(air conditionning)
• 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 (air conditionning)
• 1 independant bedroom with one 180 bed, private shower room (air conditionning)
• 1 dormitory under the roof with one 140 bed.

An independant shower room and 2 toilets.

Outdoor : large sheltered summer kitchen with gas plancha,  relaxing area around the small pool (6×3) with its wooden terrace. Pool heated, off season.

Parking area.

You can enjoy the beaches of Sant’Amanza’s gulf within a few minutes walking distance.
