Contemporary style house, composed with 3 buildings :
The first building includes the living space (living room and kitchen) and the 2 others, 2 night areas.
All the areas are served by wooden terraces.
Air conditioning in all the house.
The master bedroom located in the second element has its private bathroom and separate wc (160 bed).
The 2 children’s rooms are located in the last block. The first has 2 beds of 90 and a bathroom, the second with 2×90 and 2 bunk beds 90.
Small separate bathroom and toilet in the corridor.

Outdoor :The terrace aspires to conviviality … Dining area at the back of the villa.

A swimming pool (9 x 4,5) with a fitted wooden deck, heated off season. Solarium… ( these areas are not under construction, pictures around april 2020)
Parking area.

You can enjoy the beaches of Sant’Amanza’s gulf within a few minutes walking distance.
