The house is decorated with care and combines old materials, metal and wood, with a Zen atmosphere. Built on one level, our NEPITA sheepfold is fully air-conditioned.
The main body offers a large living room, lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen, all open onto beautiful and large terraces, 3 bedrooms with respectively a shower room and toilet.

At the bottom of the property, an independent extension houses the 4th bedroom equipped with a bed in 160, en suite, a bathroom and toilet.

The exteriors: one of the major assets of the property where the Zen atmosphere is found and reigns over the various rest areas, all lulled by the soft murmur of the overflowing water of the swimming pool..

Designed as a true haven of peace, the exteriors and terraces of our Nepita sheepfold offer a heated (out of season) overflowing swimming pool, adorned with stone paving stones, various sunbathing loungers, a summer kitchen with its dining area and plancha, and above all various relaxation and rest areas… Everyone will find their own little corner for a moment of pure peace and serenity…
