In a quiet and relaxing area, in front of the Gulf of Sant’Amanza, our “Maison du Maquis” U Caseddu has sea view and is suitable for 8 or 10 people.
Be enchanted by this beautiful villa of 210m² where the authenticity of the stone and old wood matches with the modernity and the comfort of its furniture.
The property features 2 buildings :
The main house has a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with air conditionning and 2 bathrooms.
The second building is organized into 2 independent suites, with air conditioning, and private bathrooms.
The fifth air-conditioned bedroom with a large shower room is located just near the last building.
Our guests will appreciate the large outdoor space with its fully fitted kitchen, sea view and direct access to the pool (11×5). Notice that the pool is magnesium salt pool… pure water, without chlorine.
Parking area.
You can enjoy the beaches of Sant’Amanza’s gulf within a few minutes walking distance.
